  • We are a shipping company - we do not offer local pickup/delivery. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground and ship Monday-Friday as UPS does not accept ground shipments on weekends. If you're looking for local pickup/delivery, we have physical locations in Portland, OR and Las Vegas, NV.

  • Our website is a members only shopping experience. To place an order with us, please signup for an account here. Once we have approved your account and sent you an invite to set your password, you’ll immediately be able to login and place an order via the member menu!

  • Account approvals can take up to 24 hours but usually happen on the same day we receive your completed waiver, registration form, and ID. Once approved, we will send you an invite via email to create your password and sign in. If you don’t receive approval or denial within 24 hours, please contact us via live chat.

  • Most orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • The Order page unlocks on your member menu once your account is approved and you’re logged in. Simply click the Member Menu button after logging in.
