All boxes come double-layered for easy return.
Fill out the RETURN AN EMPTY form below to request a return label.
1. Remove the outer box from your packaging.
2. OPEN THE VALVE – tank must be fully empty.
3. Replace the valve cover.
5. Seal the box securely.
5a. Take the box & QR code to any UPS Store.
5b. If you requested UPS to pick up from you, place the box outside.
6. Reach out via text at 702-755-3778 or email contact@tanksdelivered.com to let us know UPS has received your empty.

Valve Replacement: Wrong or Damaged – $65
Valve Cleaning: Adhesive or Tape removal – $15
Company Stickers: Removed or Badly Damaged – $15
Warning Label: Removed or Badly Damaged- $15
*If you return your cylinder but do not receive a cylinder refund, please contact us immediately. We will always issue your refund within 5 days of receiving your empty.
