Purchase & Return Orders
1. Remove the outer box from your packaging.
2. OPEN THE VALVE – tank must be fully empty.
3. Replace the valve cover.
4. Seal the box securely.
5. Take the box to any UPS Store.
6. Reach out via live chat to let us know UPS has received your empty.

Purchase & Swap Orders
1. Fill out the form below to request a return label.
2. Remove the outer box from your packaging.
3. OPEN THE VALVE – tank must be fully empty.
4. Replace the valve cover.
5. Seal the box securely.
6a. Take the box & return label to any UPS Store.
6b. If you requested UPS to pick up from you, apply the label & place the box outside.
7. Reach out via live chat to let us know UPS has received your empty.

Company Stickers: Removed or Badly Damaged – $15
Warning Label: Removed or Badly Damaged- $15

*If you return your cylinder but do not receive a cylinder refund, please contact us immediately. UPS does not notify us when someone returns an empty. We don’t know you returned it until it arrives at our location or you let us know via live chat. We will always issue your refund within 5 days of receiving your empty.
